Sync percentage is decreasing during sync #1154

Describe the bug
When I tried to doing fresh sync, sometime it shows percentage decreasing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. tried to login with user
  2. check the process

Additional context
Tried multiple time to fresh sync. sometime it shows behaviour as see in video. Sometime not.
