The fast sync setup for the users might be wrong, If so, we might want them to as to do fresh sync. In that case we dont want the user to get stuck when there are too many subject migrations.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Check if there are entries on Individual
  • If not, then dont do migrate subjects.

We will delete entries of subject migration as part of 5.1 - so no need this card
