Describe the bug
user cannot unselect gender in individual search after submitting once

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.Subject Type=Individual
2.Select any one gender.
3.Submit.
4.Back.
Try unselecting the selected gender.

Expected behavior
user is able to select and unselect the gender
