Main dashboard filters not remembered

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. login with himeshr@jsscp
2. Click on filter apply that filter
3. kill the app
4. open the app
5. filter should be visible
   Expected behavior
   filter should be present

@AchalaBelokar can u add a video for this? Asking since this was working recently and you also tested this as part of react native upgrade card.

there were some issues with respect to dashboard filters after react-native upgrade - and it was fixed as part of react-native upgrade card.

This is probably not a bug and is by design. I see the same behaviour in 4.0 release APK.
I wonder if the filters are only persisted on custom dashboards and not the default dashboard.

Based on discussions with @himeshr , the default dashboard (landing view) only saves the selected subjectType (if there are many) across pages. It does not remember the filters applied across app restarts.

oh yeah but if the custom dashoard is made the home dashboard filters should get retained.If thats also working then this is not an issue.
