RadioButton selection is very slow for Forms with large number of CodedConcept questions and answers

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to create or edit of any form which has large number of CodedConcept questions and answers
2. Toggle the Radio-buttons
3. Notice that the switch takes more than a second even on new android phone

Expected behavior

This is reported by Goonj and can be reproduced on edit of Activity forms of type "CFW"
