Describe the bug
In task assignment organisation, whenever a user sets up a fast sync on his device the task unassignment (ie. if a task assigned to him previously is now assigned to a another user) does not reflect on his device until unless the fast sync db is cleared and user does a fresh sync.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to Power UAT org
Click on Assignment
Assign couple of tasks to a user
Let the user sync and see both the tasks that are assigned to him have synced to his device
Let the user setup fast sync
Now reassign these tasks to another user
Now even after multiple syncs the task assignment changes won't reflect of the first user's device.
Expected behavior
Ideally, the change in task assignment should reflect irrespective of the fast sync setup on a user's device.
