Manual Sync when there is no network results in User getting logged Out

Describe the bug
When there is no network and user presses sync, it asks user to login again and does not just state that synchfailed. If it waits for login as there is no network, Users wont be able to even enter data for forms and are stuck till there is network.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Avni Client' android app
2. Login and sync data completely
3. Put the phone on Aeroplane mode
4. wait for more than 1 hour
5. Attempt Manual sync
6. user is redirected to login page

Expected behavior
When there is no network and user presses sync, is should just say sync failed and allow user to modify data on app as deemed fit.

Workaround
Closing and re-opening the app, loads the dashboard page and not a login page. This ensures that user can resume data-collection operations
