Conversion does not remove filter tags #1

After conversion the svg logo still has filter tags.

According to the inspector on https://bimigroup.org/bimi-generator/

it says that " element "filter" not allowed anywhere; expected the element end-tag or element "circle", "

Expected - The tool should create a svg according to the tiny p/s format.
