Receive Notification/Information when a report concerning you is withdrawn or quarantine changes for another reason

I have received a notification that one of my contacts had probable exposure, together with information on how long to self-quarantine (if I remember correctly it was for 7 days). Basically it looked like someone self-reported symptoms without a real medical test. However, 2 days later, without any notification/information everything disappeared and the app reverted back to normal look/mode, zero mention of the self-quarantine that should still have been in place. I believe this is because the report was withdrawn by the other user, but I have no way to check/be sure.

Suggestion:
If the quarantine is removed/reset for whatever reason, inform the user about this event, and provide an explanation for this behaviour.
