Issue: New members can't hear SL

we often see members joining a squad and says hello and the SL responds but the member doesn't hear the SL but the member can hear the rest of the Squad.

If the member doesn't respond, the SL must
ask another member to tell the member to leave and come back in the in the squad.

If that doesnt not work, repeat the above but also send a squad invite to the member.
