jay is too old and not maintained. For the time being, Eto.Parse is likely the way to go.

Irony is back to life. https://github.com/IronyProject/Irony

It's slower but has nicer tools to investigate syntax issues.

Those parser generators tend to become obsolete. It's easier to rewrite things with manual parsers.
