ktmidi 0.9.0 released

Today I have tagged ktmidi v0.9.0 and released the packages to Maven Central.

There has not been a lot of change in code this time. The version bump is mostly due to upgrade to Kotlin 2.0.

Other notable changes:

• ktmidi-ci-tool on Android now populates two virtual ports on Android 35 or later: one for MIDI 1.0 and another for MIDI 2.0 (UMP).
• There are some additional MIDI-CI classes for ChannelList etc. (still not in real uses yet).
• CoreMidiAccess playback is now verified with minimum use case (at @atsushieno's local environment).
• There is a new utility class SysExChunkManager that handles incomplete sysex messages, primarily for MidiInput (SYSEX troubles on nearly every platform #81).

On a side note, AlsaMidiAccess for MIDI 2.0 is being implemented, but still not working.

Today I have released ktmidi 0.9.1. It is mostly a bufgix release for iOS/macOS build to get MIDI output channel working. (#85)

0.9.2 is released. This version fixes a couple of issues in MidiPlayer and now it works on Kotlin/Wasm.

I will come up with a new MIDI player soon-ish.
