Not quite ready for public consumption yet, but I have some fancy toy that would bring ktmidi even more valuable.

I replaced "Applications" section in README.md with the link to this thread, and paste the original content here:

• atsushieno/mugene-ng is a Music Macro Language compiler that aims to support MIDI 2.0 (as its output format (based on this API) as well as MIDI 1.0 SMF.
• atsushieno/notium aims to offer the same functionality as mugene-ng, but as an object-oriented Kotlin API.
• atsushieno/kmmk is a virtual MIDI keyboard application that is based on Jetpack Compose and therefore supposed to work on both Android and Java desktop. (still under construction)

atsushieno/fluidsynth-midi-service-j started using ktmidi, for current MIDI 1.0 support a while ago, and future MIDI 2.0 support these days. (Well, as README states, ktmidi is originated from that project.)

I forgot to post it here, but atsushieno/resident-midi-keyboard is the latest use case of ktmidi. It is a virtual MIDI keyboard application that works as an input and runs anywhere, even on your DAWs.

Maybe it is a bit weird to post it here, but I have been working on MIDI-CI tool that connects to other MIDI devices to interact with each other using MIDI-CI protocols. ktmidi now builds as Kotlin/Wasm module too, using Web MIDI API:

The author of MelodyMatrix https://melodymatrix.rocks/ told me that it uses ktmidi. The app has interesting set of views that you might want to have a look there.
