Criar modelo de instituição de ensino com os campos:

external-id (opcional para escolas cadastradas de sistemas externos como SERE ou ESCOLA INTELIGENTE);
external-name (opcional pelo mesmo movito de external-id);
fullname (nome público para páginas web);
shortname (identificador de perfil institucional/organização);
