Cursor is different color than texture

Using default textures, the cursor is blue instead of gray. Using 1.12.2 on Rebirth of the Night.

Oh, for that issue, when I use the default cursor, the color is fine, and when I replace my own cursor (the color is orange), the cursor also turns blue. The version is 1.18.2forge.
