The bug occurs without having Optifine or Optifabric installed? (Optifine bugs won't be fixed)

Yes, I don't have Optifine install.

step 1: Install MC 1.19.3 with latest fabric (and fabric api)
step 2: Install CursorMod
step 3: Start the game
