[BUG]: aligning the cards on case study page #3537

Describe the bug.

the card component in case study page isn't aligned properly and it lack a proper identity as a card

Expected behavior

the cards are supposed to be aligned properly at the center of the page
and it need to have a clear distinction when a user hovers over it

Visit the website
Navigate to case study page
Two unaligned cards are there below the first paragraph
