[BUG] Navbar changes its behavior when we click on the hamburger menu on small devices #3013

Describe the bug.

When the hamburger menu is clicked on small devices, the navbar's behavior changes unexpectedly, causing a flicker in the logo and other elements of the navbar.

Expected behavior

The navbar should open smoothly without causing any visual flicker to the logo or other elements.

How to Reproduce

  1. Click on inspect and choose a mobile device/open website in mobile device
  2. Click on hamburger menu
  3. Observe the flicker in Navbar
