Archiving repo

I think that once we merge asyncapi/server-api#430 then we can put this repo up for archive.

It is good to start 2024 with some house keeping activities

@smoya also I guess that in https://github.com/asyncapi/event-gateway you should create an issue that I also proposed in some other repo asyncapi-archived-repos/cupid#182

thoughts?

in short: lets do some cleanup, transparently say some projects go away, unless there is someone in community that wants to run the project

I really think enhancement is a good label for this issue 😄
