	* sitemap: Removed bgcolor, it is old HTML
	* sitemap: Added empty encoding configuration-var. If it is missing
	there is a parse error.
	* sitemap: Changed from HTML 4.01 to XHTML 1.0, corrected HTML, so
	output is valid. Many attributes where removed. Use class for <hr>
	* sitemap: corrected output of mailaddr link if there is a mailaddr.
