would rather use sendmail than mailgun (but reasons)
can I track email? Can I track it in the admin? [https://anymail.dev/en/stable/installation/#configuring-tracking-and-inbound-webhooks]
setup custom domain (see DNS stuff #4)

anymail.exceptions.AnymailRequestsAPIError: Mailgun API response 403 (Forbidden):
