Feature request: Add integration with Sphinx

It would be nice if rye could integrate with Sphinx to generate documentation from code, similar like it is done by Pyscaffold.
The idea is that the basic Sphinx setup can be included with rye init (e.g. by some extra option) and then have commands like rye docs to create documentation and optionally upload it to sites like "Readthedocs".
