Can you specify the default build directory in config.toml ?

rye build places the sdist and wheel into workspace/dist by default, and rye build --out different/path can be used to choose a different location.

Is it possible to set a default --out location in the .rye/config.toml for all rye projects, to avoid having to use the --out flag each time ?
