Restarting reminder task

Hello. Sorry if this is a question you dont feel like answering, but i havent found a solution and am not smart enough to figure it out myself. My problem is, that my reminder is not working after plugin reload, even if I restart the server and i found, that you said, that reminder task needs to be restarted after plugin reload. But how do I do that please? Havent foung no answer or a command to do it. Sorry and have a nice day
