Initial step to convert the site to use GitHub Pages / Jekyll finished and merged. Next step to convert content to Markdown.

I think the site is probably as "Jekyll-ish" as it's going to get, conversion-wise. Markdown doesn't work too well since each of the pages need specialized CSS, but all traces of DNN-style markup are now gone. The Supporters page could maybe be a Markdown table, but it doesn't really buy that much.
