Issue :
Submit button not working properly with and without input in contact.

Description :
The submit button doesn't work when clicked, whether the user enters text or not.
No error message pops up if the user tries to submit an empty form.

Expected behavior :
When clicking the submit button without input, a message like "Please enter the required information" should appear.
When valid input is provided, the form should be submitted successfully.
