Just noting dependencies that should be upgraded soon, but have some current limitation.

Bokeh 3.5 (Bokeh 3.2 requires python>3.9)
pandas 2.0 (or 3.0 depending on timeline)
numpy 2.0
mocpy 0.16
tables 3.9 (requires python>3.9)
healpy 1.17 (requires python>3.9)
pydantic 2.8
flake8 7.1 (requires python>3.8.1)
Python 3.11 (currently lacks vaex support)
