Update flux/astrometry correction code to automatically pull from surveys database or validation database #4

Currently the flux and astrometry correction requires the corrections to be supplied by the user. This should be upgraded to either pull from the validation database directly, or get the surveys database csv files and calculate the corrections.

where is the validation database? what access is possible? should we have a separate task to save that on disk or just read from it live?
