The Columbia International eHealth Laboratory (CIEL) dictionary is licensed by its authors (“Authors”) under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License ("Public License"). The CIEL dictionary contains certain lexical codes that may be subject to claims of ownership by third parties, such as Intelligent Medical Objects (IMO), IHTSDO, the World Health Organization, etc. No license is conveyed by the Authors to any applicable third party rights regarding those lexical codes. CIEL complies with the Copyright Act of 1976.
