4문제중 3문제 (30분, 40분, 50분)완료 1문제 (60분)시간부족

못푼문제는 1,1 위치에서 n,m 까지 이동하는 데에 필요한 야영 횟수 한번에 k번이동 가능 숲에서는 야영 불가 강은 건널수없음
야영 횟수를 최소일 때 리턴값
