ERROR: postnuc returned non-zero

Dear authors, thank you for the program. I get the following error "20240925|104826| 15065| ERROR: postnuc returned non-zero". One more question.. Is there a limit on the minimum similarity? Since I sometimes get this type of output. "ZeroDivisionError: division by zero"

Dear Sergey, Thank you for your feedback. I am not familiar with the errors that you have mentioned here. I have used pyani in this study.
