It seems like exec_publish and exec_publish_done scripts will be run even if connected client have no access to publish anything in nginx config.
Nothing will be published, as expected, but both scripts will be run. Ubuntu 20.04, everything installed from apt.
As a workaround I added a $addr value to running scripts and made additional access filter into scripts itself.
