Smart Testing won't work as per expectation if you define scm properties in any module's config file and not in parent config file. #274

Currently we are finding scm changes with configuration loaded from parent config file. So if you define scm configuration in any module's config file and not in parent config file. Smart Testing won't find required scm changes for you. It will find only for local scm changes, not in between scm commit ranges.

so Smart Testing won't work as per expectation as it doesn't have correct changes between range of commits.

So you have to define scm properties in parent config file or using system property
