Add last seen / times seen to "Locations Remembered"

When the list of cell towers surrounding a location grows very large, I'd like to remove old cell towers that are rarely used or no longer used, in order to avoid enabling the wifi unnecessarily. At the moment, there is no way of seeing which of the remembered locations are commonly used, or recently used.

Would it be possible to add a "Last seen" timestamp, or a "Times seen" count to the "Locations Remembered" list, to allow more informed manual editing of these lists?
