Demo on http://arnp.github.io/herring-cove/ is broken

http://arnp.github.io/herring-cove/ doesn't seem to display any sort of formatting and/or theme.
This is what I can see:

Confirmed that it's not a internet connectivity issue, or a github pages issue (other themes like http://dbtek.github.io/dbyll/ work and display fine.

Tried clearing cache, hard-refreshing (ctrl+shift+R), none of these helped.

It looks like things are correct on master, but not on gh-pages.

💡 It might help to merge master and gh-pages, drop master and make gh-pages the only (and the default) branch.

This issue is still present. A broken demo site will dissuade a lot of people from using the theme, I think.
