Subject: [PATCH] Changes to scythes

I would like to suggest the changes:
1- add lifesteal 0.2 to the Black Scythe
2- add a Mithril Scythe variation, with ATK 55, Rate 6, Lifesteal 0.1 and Min-level 350, dropped from the Pegasus with 0.01% chances.
