Can argo worklow serve business workflow?

Hi, I'm using both argo workflow an argo events, and the are really great.
However, I wonder can argo serve some workflow for each user. For example

• When user A completed action 1 and action 2 then send email to them?

You can do that via specifying dependencies in a DAG: https://argoproj.github.io/argo-workflows/workflow-concepts/#dag

    dag:
      tasks:
      - name: action1
        template: action1
      - name: action2
        template: action2
      - name: send-email
        dependencies: [action1, action2]

Is this what you need/meant?

How about making a action templates and then each DAG task reuses the shared templates? You can also parameterize your templates by users.

I have one web application. My situation is something like:

• when new user register account => application publish an event to argo event => argo event trigger action send email to that user
• next, when that user take action1 => application publish an event to argo event => send another email to that user
• when that user take action2 => application publish an event to argo event => trigger send another email to user
• If that user has completed action1 and action2 then => trigger send congratulations to that user.
  Is that possible with argo workflow?
