AMQP eventsource, resources limiting

Hello,

after several searches, I don't find some options for amqp eventource type. I want to limit the number of kubernetes resources generate by an amqp queue. For example, I would like to consume messages one by one to generate a pod.

2 years ago, 2 options added for rateLimit and ratePeriod but it's not what I want to do.

Have you an idea to to it ? or if it's possible ?
