Would it be possible to create develop and feature/5.0.0 branches consistent with the Semtech branches of the same name?

This would bring compatibility with LoRa specification 1.03 (develop branch) and 1.1 (feature/5.0.0 branch).

There is a new mac command in 1.03 that allows device time synchronization that is of particular interest.

I started the porting to ST SDK 1.2.0 (which contains Semtech stack 4.4.1) here ; the porting is functionally complete but for some reason the radio doesn't work yet. Once it's done, porting to new SDKs should be a piece of cake 🙂
