I had started working on https://github.com/joshribakoff/mergetrain was maybe going to use Elixir, have mostly just been using it as an excuse to learn more about k8, I got a whole nice setup with skaffold.dev and had bought mergetrain.com

maybe there is an opportunity for us to combine efforts...
