Gpu::set_vfp(..) returns NVAPI error: NvAPI_GPU_ClockClientClkVfPointsSetControl failed: NVAPI_ERROR

Hi I've been playing around with nvoclock and nvapi-rs but I can't get the set_vfp function to work. I've tried nvoclock from the vfp branch by exporting and then importing a vfp table but I always get NVAPI error: NvAPI_GPU_ClockClientClkVfPointsSetControl failed: NVAPI_ERROR both when running as admin and regular user. I'm on windows 10 build 19045, nvidia driver: GeForce 531.41 WHQL DCH - [ r531_37-2 ], gpu: rtx 3090
