Back in the fall, Sarah put in a nice addition to the top container name for me where it adds the accession number like "Unknown container 1245 for Accession UA.02262" which is good. But now I'm thinking that what would be even better is if instead of using the one up Unknown container number, when possible use the contents of the AT AccessionsLocations.Note contents to help make the Top Container name? For example, Instead of "Unknown container 1245 for Accession UA.02262" we'd have "Boxes 1-4 for Accession UA.02262" as the top container name. We use (most of the time) the accession location Notes field to describe the container. If blank then the one up counter would have to be used for the Top Container.
