Change default order of actions

Right now the plugin waits for the user to apply symbology before the LYRX is parsed.
This would have to change for the user to have the ability to select diffferent field names to use.

it would probably be a good idea to change the way layers are selected, the curent method won't work for projects with multiple layers sharing a name.

This affects #5 and #8

Layer selection changed to using ID instead of name with ece9ef7
will need to keep changing the way fields are selected and parsed
