Nexus API investigation

Here is the pointer to the Nexus class library that can read a healthy subset of Nexus format tree files. I don't know how much effort is involved using this API as a data source in VTK, but if this integrates, it should be quite robust from a file format standpoint. Mark Holder is a respected implementer in the evolutionary biology community. Take a look briefly to see what the integration looks like.
