If I choose a collection and a function - let's say, Arbor: add columns. I can see and run the function fine. If I then go out to the "data management" tab, unclick the Arbor collection, and choose another - say, "Biosphere 2". Now I go back to the Analysis tab. By default the first function PGLS is selected. But if I try to do anything - like "setup and run" or download - the previous function (in this case add columns) is still being referenced. If I choose another function things work fine, and if I then go back to PGLS things work fine. I think that this is some sort of a "refresh" problem that is needed if you have an analysis or workflow selected, then unselect that collection.
