I found the following rule in the list: ||mega.co.nz^
I'm no expert, but in query logging, the MEGA application makes many queries to domains of this type: ^mega.co.nz^, for example ^userstorage.mega.co.nz and eu.static.mega.co.nz

So I think this rule causes a lot of problems for MEGA. And as this list is about pornography and offensive/malicious content, I would please suggest that you remove this rule, as MEGA does not fit into these categories at all.
