Jarfile is vulnerable to CVE-2015-8103 and also very outdated

The existing jenkins-cli jar file has a vulnerability and is also ~ 11 years old.

Can the maintainers of this project, if you're still out there, update the jarfile?
Apparently the vuln is patched in later version, but on the GH page here we're still on 1.5.3
