The initial configuration process for creating an AraCred instance is arduous

A CLI tool a user can run with npx to bootstrap their instance and deploy to a GitHub repo

• Outline program flow
• Create interactive prompt
• impliment logic

Right now we can just fork the repo and follow this guide: https://aracred.github.io/website/docs/deploymentOverview/

Did it yesterday and it takes around 30min.

We're going to have to set this up for all of the pilot projects anywyas (https://github.com/aracred/AraCred/issues/17) so this isn't that big of a deal.

The main thing we want right now is to validate the model to recognize and reward contributors, and to do that we need to onboard project/community members who aren't admins/power-users, and to do that we need a simple form where people can add their info.

sure, but 30 min is still a while and the process can be error-prone. besides, the MVP is 'AraCred in a box'. Manual deployment isn't in a box
