[Feature Request] more info on changes page when everything is collapsed #915

🚀 Feature Request Description

On the changes page, after pressing 'collapse all' it just shows the index. Would be nice to also show

change type
address (resource) or handle (table item)
(maybe) state key hash

Expected Behavior

Show more info when collapsed

ying-w added the enhancement label
