[Bug] paginating through list of txns doesn't load

🐛 Bug Description

I know it's now limited to 10k txns but pagination now doesn't load last page.

Previously, it would either load (including last page) or just hang and not have first page

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce

Go to a page with a lot of txns like https://explorer.aptoslabs.com/account/0xdc7baa2518807ee2539c0173a0e0c34ec76f2e1ba99b9301626a69f723829913

Click on >| to go to the end

The page to load

Hmm, it actually does when you click back to load. Probably doesn't wait long enough
